Co-Funded SOS Watch Service for Communities with Safe Home Hub
The following information applies only to communities operating under a co-funded model. For further details, please refer to the SOS Watch Handbook for Residential Community Managers.
At communities equipped with the Safe Home Hub monitoring solution, the Daktel DX-9 Personal Alarm SOS Watch is available as a co-funded service, jointly supported by individual residents and their community operator.
If you are offering this service to your residents for the first time, please contact our Sales Team to discuss pricing and the applicable charges for your community management account.
Note: Residents cannot order co-funded SOS Watches directly from myhomefone. All requests must be submitted by community management via the process outlined below.Only the SOS Only (Monthly) plan is eligible for co-funding.
⚠️ Important – Standard vs Negotiated Co-Contribution Rates
This page includes a generic Service Application Form at the end, which applies only to communities operating under the standard universal resident co-contribution rate.
Some communities have negotiated a different co-contribution rate for their residents. In this instance:
❌ Do not use the generic Service Application Form attached to this page.
✅ You must use the co-branded Service Application Form issued directly to your community management team.
✅ Submit the completed form using the standard authorisation process outlined in Step 2 below.
The generic form attached to this article is not valid for communities with customised co-contribution resident pricing.
If your community has misplaced your current co-branded Service Application Form, please log a support ticket, and our team will reissue the correct version.
