Having trouble with your NBN connection? Try this checklist:

  1. Is everything plugged in and turned on?
    - nbn connection box
    - Standard Power Supply (or Battery Backup where fitted)
    - All cables and power points
    - Your modem/router to the correct UNI-D port number
  2. External fibre optic cable check
Has the fibre optic cable connection from the street been damaged?
For example, if you have an aerial lead-in cable, a fallen branch may have damaged it. If this is the case, do NOT try to remove or repair the cable yourself. Contact technical support immediately.
  3. Indicator light check
NBN Connection Box Power and Optical lights are ON. If you have battery backup, the System Status light is ON.
If not, click here to perform a power cycle.
