What the NBN Fixed Wireless Connection Box Lights Mean
Having trouble with your NBN connection? Try this checklist:
- Check the indicator lights on the NBN Connection Box:
- Check the Outdoor Unit Indicator light. It should show a steady or blinking green light.
- Check the ‘STATUS’ LED Indicator light. It should be blinking green.
- Watch the indicators for approximately 60 seconds to ensure they are not changing/resetting.
- If the above lights are not blinking green like they are supposed to:
- Perform a power cycle
- If you continue to experience trouble, contact technical support
