What the NBN Fixed Wireless Connection Box Lights Mean



Having trouble with your NBN connection? Try this checklist:

  1. Check the indicator lights on the NBN Connection Box:
    1. Check the Outdoor Unit Indicator light. It should show a steady or blinking green light.
    2. Check the ‘STATUS’ LED Indicator light. It should be blinking green.
    3. Watch the indicators for approximately 60 seconds to ensure they are not changing/resetting.
  2. If the above lights are not blinking green like they are supposed to:
    1. Perform a power cycle
    2. If you continue to experience trouble, contact technical support
