Having trouble with your NBN connection? Try this checklist:

  1. Remove any existing (obsolete) ADSL/central filters.

  2. Tried using other telephone wall sockets.
  3. Allowed up to 20 minutes for the Connection and DSL Lights on the NBN Connection Box to turn solid blue.
