What the NBN HFC Connection Box Lights Mean




Having trouble with your NBN connection? Try this checklist:

  1. Your NBN Connection Box box power cord is plugged in firmly at both ends.
  2. The white cable is connected securely between your NBN Connection Box and the wall outlet. If you have any splitters, ensure these are removed.
  3. The white cable is not pinched, kinked or bent (this can cause a break or short in the cable).
  4. The four indicator lights on NBN Connection Box are solid green (if they’re not, click here).
