Can I Keep My Existing Mobile Number with MyHomeFone?

Certainly! When you order your new mobile service from MyHomeFone, be sure to tell us that you would like to keep your existing mobile number. If your existing service is Postpaid, we'll need to know the service provider's name and your account number with them. For Prepaid services, instead of an account number, we'll need your date of birth.

It is important to note that the name of the service owner/account holder with the existing service provider must match that of the MyHomeFone account for the transfer (number port) to be authorised.

Once you've received your new SIM card from MyHomeFone, call our friendly support team during standard business hours to initiate the cutover of your number.

It's essential to remember that if you're considering switching from another provider and are currently in a contract, you should check with them about any charges associated with ending your existing contract ahead of time.
