Understanding Your Invoice Breakdown & Account Structure

Depending on how your home monitoring services are set up, you may have one or more billing accounts:

  • Single Account Setup: Common when all resident services follow the same response protocol.

  • Multiple Account Setup: Used when different resident cohorts—such as independent living and assisted living—follow different response protocols.

Each month, you’ll receive an invoice in PDF format for each account. These invoices show the total monthly charges but do not include individual service-level details. This keeps your invoices concise—especially important when managing fleets of services.

To access full itemisation, you can log in to the Member Portal:

Once logged in, you can:

  • đź’Ľ Download CSV itemisation reports showing detailed charges by service and plan

  • 🔄 Reconcile monthly charges to your own billing or care management systems

  • 🔍 Sort, filter, and analyse the data using Excel or other spreadsheet software
