Are Alarm Incident Reports available?

Unlike fixed home-based systems, SOS Watches are designed to provide safety and peace of mind wherever the wearer goes—whether they’re at home, the local shopping centre, or travelling interstate. Due to this mobility, community-specific response protocols do not apply to this service; therefore, no written incident reports are provided.

To ensure fast, reliable, and consistent support, our Response Centre follows a standardised national procedure for all SOS Watch activations, regardless of the wearer’s location. In the event of an SOS activation, the Response Centre will call the first listed Emergency Contact to notify them verbally. If they cannot be reached, we will attempt to contact the second listed Emergency Contact.
