My eSIM isn’t connecting to the network

Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes (and in rare cases up to 4 hours) for your new eSIM to fully register.

If your device is still not connecting:

  1. Turn Airplane Mode on, then off again.

  2. Restart your device.

  3. If you previously used a physical SIM, remove it.

  4. Ensure your eSIM is set as the Primary SIM in your settings.

If you’re still unable to connect, please contact support for further assistance.
