Add, Change or Cancel Service

Please allow up to 7 NSW business days for delivery to the service address specified on the application.

If an individual does not currently have a care provider or their care package does not include funding for assistive technology services, they can still access myhomefone services privately by paying directly. Click here to learn more.


To make changes to an existing service such as the address or emergency contact details:
  1. Please email modifications@myhomefone.com.au. Please send a unique email for each request.
  2. Please include the service number you wish to update (located on your monthly invoice) and the details you wish to update.
Please allow at least 48 business hours for the change to take effect.



Click here to cancel a service. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current calendar month.

The watch and its accessories must be returned to DAKTEL within 21 days.
