How does it work on Telstra?

Before You Travel: Contact us before you depart to discuss available options and confirm whether international roaming is supported on your plan. Please note that roaming is disabled by default. If you are already abroad, we may be unable to enable roaming depending on your location.
- Upon arrival at an eligible roaming destination, you will receive a welcome SMS with pack options.
- Opt in to the desired pack by sending the “pack code” to 179. Do not reply to the welcome SMS; your desired pack code must be sent to 179.
- Once the pack has been activated successfully, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
