What does the system comprise?

The Safe Home Hub (aka MyCareFone) includes the following features as standard:
  1. 24/7 access to our response centre which can assist with any situation that arises, i.e. dispatching emergency services, notifying family or an on-site carer
  2. 4G cellular network connection (SIM)
  3. Portable ‘SOS’ Button that can be worn as a wristband or a lanyard
  4. Power fail battery backup (up to 48 hours life on standby)
  5. Remote monitoring for anomalies, i.e. get notified if we detect mains power has been disconnected
Additional accessories are also available, such as shower pull cord & button, smoke, movement, and door sensors. Please feel free to contact us to learn more.

The Safe Home Hub base is also equipped with optional Home Phone and Wi-Fi Hotspot capabilities. Your residents can subscribe to these services directly from myhomefone at a reduced rate compared with the general public.
