What does the system comprise?
The Safe Home Hub (aka MyCareFone) includes the following features as standard:
- 24/7 access to our response centre which can assist with any situation that arises, i.e. dispatching emergency services, notifying family or an on-site carer
- 4G cellular network connection (SIM)
- Portable ‘SOS’ Button that can be worn as a wristband or a lanyard
- Power fail battery backup (up to 48 hours life on standby)
- Remote monitoring for anomalies, i.e. get notified if we detect mains power has been disconnected
Additional accessories are also available, such as shower pull cord & button, smoke, movement, and door sensors. Please feel free to contact us to learn more.
The Safe Home Hub base is also equipped with optional Home Phone and Wi-Fi Hotspot capabilities. Your residents can subscribe to these services directly from myhomefone at a reduced rate compared with the general public.
