Quick Start Guide – DX-9 SOS Watch

A digital copy of the Quick Start Guide for the DX-9 SOS Watch is available at the bottom of this page. A printed version is also included with every watch.

Finding A Watch’s Phone Number

All watches can receive inbound calls, regardless of the plan. The phone number for each watch is printed on the front of the Quick Start Guide. If the printed guide has been misplaced, you can find the phone number in one of the following ways:

  1. Using the Watch (if the watch's plan permits standard outbound voice calling)
Place a call from the watch to another phone. The recipient will see the watch’s phone number displayed as the inbound caller ID.

  2. Using the Members' Portal (designed for your organisation's accounts and admin personnel)
    Log in to https://myaccount.myhomefone.com.au

    • Go to the SERVICES tab.

    • Locate the watch by referencing the Vanity Identifier and Service Identifier columns.
