Properly disconnecting and decommissioning your NBN service

If you would like to transition your current fixed-line NBN service to a wireless connection, such as 4G, at the same premises, please contact our service modifications team.

If you wish to terminate your fixed-line NBN, please contact our cancellations team.

If you vacate the premises, the NBN Connection Box and Cables must remain at the address. If you move, do not take this equipment with you - this is a legal requirement. The NBN equipment (NBN property) is registered to the specific address; therefore, it will not work anywhere else. For more details, click here .
