Co-Funded SOS Watch Service for Communities with Safe Home Hub


At communities equipped with the Safe Home Hub monitoring solution, the Daktel DX-9 Personal Alarm SOS Watch is available as a co-funded service, jointly supported by individual residents and their community operator.

If you are offering this service to your residents for the first time, please contact our Sales Team to discuss pricing and the charges that will apply to your community management account.

InfoNote: Residents cannot order co-funded SOS Watches directly from myhomefone. All requests must be submitted by community management via the process outlined below.
Notes
Only the SOS Only (Monthly) plan is eligible for co-funding.

How to Order a Co-Funded SOS Watch

Step 1 – Collect Application Form from the Resident
Provide the resident with the following documents and ask them to return the completed application form to you:

  • Service Application Form (attached at the end of this page)

  • Critical Information Summary (available at www.myhomefone.com.au)

Notes
If your community is only co-funding up to one watch, we recommend striking out the second watch option in Section 6 before giving the form to the resident.

Step 2 – Submit Authorisation & Order
Once the form is completed, CLICK HERE to submit your authorisation and place the order on behalf of your resident.

Step 3 – Uninstall Safe Home Hub (where applicable)
In-home monitoring can be used alongside the SOS Watch, or you may choose to uninstall it once the resident has received and tested their watch.
