Mobile Data Usage - Checking your usage

Essential details about monitoring data usage on your mobile plan:
  1. You can check your usage at any time during the month by visiting https://myaccount.myhomefone.com.au
  2. Be aware that usage logs are not updated in real-time and may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
  3. You will receive email notifications about your usage when you reach 50%, 85%, and 100% of your monthly data allowance.
  4. Your phone may have built-in ability (or apps) to monitor your mobile data consumption. Be aware these should only be used for an indication only, and may require manual resets at the end of each billing cycle.
Once you've used 100% of your data allowance, mobile data will automatically stop and then resume at the beginning of your next billing cycle, as indicated on your monthly bill.
Depending on your plan, you may have the option to purchase additional data or upgrade to a new plan to restore your data service earlier. Feel free to call our accounts team; they can help clarify your options.

Did you know your phone and many of the apps installed can consume 'background data' without your knowledge? Check out the below article for more information.
