How to Set Up or Manage Direct Debits / Automatic Payments
Automatic Payments takes the stress out of remembering to pay your bill, just set and forget. Your monthly bill from us will indicate if your Direct Debit is enabled, payments are taken out on the due date.
It's easy to set up online in just a few simple steps:
- Login to the Member Portal at myaccount.myhomefone.com.au using the username and password above.
- Select the FINANCE DETAILS tab, followed by the PAYMENT subtab.
- Select the EDIT button at the bottom right of the screen.
- Choose your Preferred Payment Type and enter your details.
- Remember to press SAVE and you're done!
One-time-only credit card payments can also be accepted via the above portal. If you experience difficulty making a payment or setting up your direct debit, please don't hesitate to contact our accounts team during business hours on 1300 031 107. Never email your payment details, this is not secure.
