How to Activate Your New SIM Card

How to Activate Your New SIM Card

After receiving your MyHomeFone SIM (for your mobile phone) in the mail, kindly phone our customer service team during business hours to activate it. Ensure you have your order number on hand, which was emailed to you shortly after placing your order with us.

For those choosing a new mobile number, activation is immediate. However, if you're transferring an existing number, this process may take up to 2-3 business hours.

PLEASE NOTE that it's advisable to wait until your existing SIM stops operating before physically switching it out from your device for your new one.
