Extend ring time on Home Phone

Not getting to the phone before a call rings out or is diverted to voicemail can be frustrating.

You can request that your ring time be extended up to 30 seconds through our technical support team. Ring times must be in five second increments, i.e. 15, 20, 25, 30.

Note that call setup times to landline numbers can take up to a few seconds before reaching a 4G home phone system. Call setup times form part of the total ring time duration.

Depending on your plan and network, an extended ring time of up to 50 seconds may also be available. If so, this may require the purchase of a replacement SIM Card and service downtime.

Did you know additional handsets with a charging base are available for a nominal once-off charge? Adding handsets to your system in handy locations, such as your bedside table, can make reaching for your phone easier.
