Customer Care: Our Customer Care Team will be available with a skeleton staff, excluding public holidays.
New Orders: Standard service orders will be accepted as usual but may encounter processing delays.
Equipment Dispatch: New equipment orders will face extended shipping delays and may not arrive until after the embargo.
Phone Number Porting: Porting will continue but may also face delays by upstream carriers.
Non-standard Requests: Complex or non-standard requests will be on hold until after the embargo.
